FLUTTER APP:

1. Extract the flutter folder
2. Open in VS Code or Android Studio
3. Run: flutter pub get
4. Add your Firebase google-services.json
5. Enter your server URL on first launch

LARAVEL BACKEND:
1. Extract the laravel folder
2. Run: composer install
3. Copy .env.example to .env
4. Set your database credentials in .env
5. Run: php artisan key:generate
6. Run: php artisan migrate --seed
7. Visit /admin to access the dashboard
