geekcodemonster Dec 26, 2018I have uploaded my zip file with includes source code zip along with icon, preview image, screenshots and docs but it shows uploaded zip file name across all the dropdowns.
Kindly help me to resolve this problem -
It should not be uploaded in one package but as 4 different files.
- Icon
- Preview image
- Screenshots ZIP
- Main item ZIP
I hope this makes it more understandable. -

UpNexLabs 2 months agoHello,
I am preparing to upload my script and I followed the guidelines mentioned in this documentation:
https://www.codester.com/blog/9-steps-to-successfully-submitting-your-work-to-a-digital-marketplace/
However, I have a small confusion regarding Step 9 – Preview Images.
In the documentation, it mentions that we need to upload a preview image with size 800 × 400 (.png or .jpg).
But during the script upload process, it also asks for a preview banner with size 1600 × 800 (.jpg or .png).
Here is the screenshot for reference:
https://prnt.sc/3hTSAvDUXfsy
Could someone please clarify:
How many preview images are required in total?
Is the 800 × 400 image different from the 1600 × 800 preview banner, or are they related?
After submitting the ZIP file, what exactly should be included inside the ZIP?
Only the script files?
Documentation?
Demo data or installation guide?
It would be very helpful if someone could explain this process in a simple way.
Thank you for your support.
Best regards,
UpNex Labs -
its only 1 preview image, this has to have a 2:1 ratio. It can be 1600x800 or 800x400.
The main zip file contains the item's files and also the documentation. Its best to make a folder for documentation and a folder for the script in the root.
The demo url should be entered in the demo url field in the upload form.
Let me know if you have any other questions. -
