I am a seasoned Full Stack Developer and IT Leader with over 20 years of 

experience spanning fintech, healthcare, and government sectors. Currently 
serving as CTO at a national payment infrastructure company in the Maldives, 
I bring deep technical expertise combined with real-world enterprise 
system delivery.

My core stack includes Java EE, Python, PHP, Next.js, React, Node.js, 
PostgreSQL, and Oracle. I have built and delivered large-scale systems 
including instant payment platforms, social welfare information systems, 
ERP integrations, and custom SaaS applications.

Beyond development, I co-founded a coding academy that has trained over 
1,000 students, and I serve as a visiting lecturer at a national university 
— so documentation, clean code, and knowledge transfer are things I take 
seriously.
