Requirements

• PHP 7.0 or higher 
• MySQL 5.6+ or MariaDB 10.1+ 
• Any WordPress theme that supports shortcodes 
• Internet connection (required for Google reCAPTCHA)

Instructions

1. 
    
2. Log in to your WordPress dashboard. 
3. Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. 
4. Upload smartforms-pro-codester.zip and click Install Now. 
5. After installation, click Activate Plugin. 
6. Add the shortcode [smartform] to any post or page. 
7. To view entries, go to SmartForms → Entries in the admin panel. 
8. Click Export CSV to download submissions.
