2- For the Gemini API TTS, Note that you will need billing setup to be able to use the service.

This Project requires Google Gemini API key as well as AssemblyAI Key. From what we've noticed, some users find it difficult generating API key and enabling billing for the API key as the TTS requires an API key with billing setup.

The API need is from Google AI Studio. 

1- Got here https://aistudio.google.com/app/projects and create a project 

2- Next to to https://aistudio.google.com/app/api-keys and click "Create API Key" Select the project you created earlier and give the API key a name.

3- Copy the generated API key

4- Head back to https://aistudio.google.com/ap... and locate the project and under "Keys" you should now see "1 Keys" click on it and then on the screen that opens, under "Quota tier" click the Setup Billing. this will take you to Google cloud console. 

5- In the cloud console, click the "Link Billing a Account" link and select a billing account. Note that if you have not biling account setup, it will take you to the page to first create a billing account.
