These settings directly impact the maximum file size your customers can upload and the stability of the demo import process.
upload_max_filesize = 64M— **This is the maximum size for a single iris photo a customer can upload.**post_max_size = 64M— Must be equal to or greater than the upload max size.memory_limit = 256M(512M recommended for sites with high traffic)max_execution_time = 300(seconds)
Is 64MB enough for customer photos?
Yes, absolutely. A high-quality photo from a modern smartphone or professional camera is typically between 5MB and 20MB. A 64MB limit is very generous and ensures that almost all your customers can upload their images without issues, while also protecting your server from excessively large files.
We recommend informing your customers of this limit on the product page.
