It provides the entire front-end architecture and visual design for a full-featured fitness app, allowing developers to bypass months of UI work and focus on integrating their own backend, business logic, and APIs.

   1. Clone/Download the project to your local machine.
   2. Open a terminal, navigate to the project directory.
   3. Install dependencies: Run npm install or yarn install.
   4. Start the development server: Run npx expo start or expo start.
