📝 QUICK START INSTRUCTIONS
1. SETUP ENVIRONMENT

• Install Android Studio (latest version)
• Open the project folder
• Wait for Gradle sync to complete

2. CUSTOMIZE APP

• App Name: Edit  app/src/main/res/values/strings.xml
• Package Name: Update  app/build.gradle.kts and refactor package structure
• App Icon: Right-click

• Replace test IDs in  AndroidManifest.xml and source files

4. SETUP SERVERS

• Create signing keystore: Build → Generate Signed Bundle
