1. Place the project under your web root (example: `http://localhost/giftflow`).
2. Create a database:
   - `CREATE DATABASE giftflow CHARACTER SET utf8mb4 COLLATE utf8mb4_unicode_ci;`
3. Import the demo schema/data:
   - `mysql -u root -p giftflow < database/giftflow.sql`
4. Create your env file:
   - copy `.env.example` to `.env`
5. Update `.env` values:
   - database credentials
   - `APP_URL`
   - `API_KEY`
   - SMTP (optional)
   - AI/external API keys from admin panel
6. Open admin login:
   - `http://localhost/giftflow/admin/login.php`
   - Default: `admin / admin123`
7. Change admin credentials immediately.
