1. Upload the files to your hosting account.
2. Create a MySQL database.
3. Import the included SQL file or run the installer included.
4. Update the database connection settings.
5. Open the website in your browser.
6. Login as admin and configure your platform.
7. Create habits, import habit packs, and start tracking progress.

The package includes the full source code and can be customized for personal projects, productivity platforms, coaching tools, wellness dashboards, or client websites.
