OrderCare for WooCommerce is an Admin-only WooCommerce order workflow plugin built for internal order follow-up management.

It helps store owners and shop managers keep track of internal notes, care status, assignees, follow-up dates, priorities, unresolved orders and overdue follow-ups — directly inside WooCommerce.

This is not a helpdesk.
This is not a CRM.
This is not a ticket system.

Admin Care Box

OrderCare adds an Admin Care Box to the WooCommerce order edit screen.

Store staff can record:

- Internal Note
- Care Status
- Assignee
- Follow-up Date
- Priority

These fields are for internal admin use only.

OrderCare does not send these notes to customers and does not display them on the storefront.

Care Status Workflow

OrderCare uses a simple fixed workflow:

- Pending
- In Progress
- Waiting Customer
- Resolved

This keeps the plugin focused and easy to understand.

It does not create public WooCommerce order statuses and does not trigger customer emails.

Unresolved Orders
------------------------------------------------------------

The OrderCare admin page includes an unresolved orders list.

Unresolved orders include:

- Pending
- In Progress
- Waiting Customer

Resolved orders are excluded from the unresolved list.

Overdue Follow-ups
------------------------------------------------------------

The overdue follow-ups tab helps staff find orders where the follow-up date has already passed and the care status is not resolved.

This is useful for small teams that need a simple internal follow-up list without using a full helpdesk or CRM.

CSV Export
------------------------------------------------------------

OrderCare includes CSV export for:

- Unresolved orders
- Overdue follow-ups

CSV data includes:

- Order ID
- Order number
- Order status
- Customer name
- Customer email
- Care status
- Priority

- Internal note
- Edit order URL

The CSV export is admin-protected and includes CSV injection hardening.

OrderCare is compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) and classic WooCommerce order storage.

It uses WooCommerce order APIs and is designed to work with both storage modes.

OrderCare is intentionally focused.

Installation
------------------------------------------------------------

1. Download the main file from Codester.
2. Open the installable-plugin folder.
3. Upload ordercare-for-woocommerce-v1.0.0.zip from your WordPress admin plugin screen.
4. Activate the plugin.
5. Make sure WooCommerce is installed and active.
6. Open a WooCommerce order and use the Admin Care Box.
7. Go to WooCommerce > OrderCare to view unresolved and overdue orders.

Installation Instructions

1. Download the main package from Codester.
2. Unzip the downloaded main package on your computer.
3. Open the installable-plugin folder.
4. Inside that folder, find:
   ordercare-for-woocommerce-v1.0.0.zip
5. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
6. Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
7. Upload ordercare-for-woocommerce-v1.0.0.zip.
8. Click Install Now.
9. Click Activate.
10. Make sure WooCommerce is installed and active.

After Activation

1. Go to WooCommerce > Orders.
2. Open any WooCommerce order.
3. Find the Admin Care Box on the order edit screen.
4. Add an internal note, care status, assignee, follow-up date and priority.
5. Save or update the order.
6. Go back to the WooCommerce orders list to see the Care Status column.
7. Use the Care Status filter to filter orders by internal care status.
8. Go to WooCommerce > OrderCare to view unresolved orders and overdue follow-ups.
9. Use the CSV export buttons if you need to export unresolved or overdue order care data.
