Arrow Puzzle is a polished, complete mobile puzzle game built on a single modern codebase that ships to both Android and iOS. Buy it once, change a few values, build, and publish your own game to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. No backend to host, no monthly services to pay for, and a simple guide that walks you through every step.

It is built with Capacitor 8, React 19, TypeScript, Vite 6 and Tailwind 4, so the code is clean, fast and easy to work with for any web or mobile developer.

The game ships with 800+ carefully tuned levels, a coin economy, a hint and reward system, and 9 complete screens. There is no backend and no paid SDKs — everything runs on the device. Reskin it by editing plain, clearly commented files: change the name, icon, colors, levels and rewards in minutes.

• Node.js 20 or newer
• Android Studio (for Android builds)
• A Mac with Xcode 15+ (for iOS builds)

1. Unzip the package and open the Code folder in your editor.
2. Run npm install to install the dependencies.
3. Preview in your browser with npm run dev, or run on a phone with npm run cap:android / npm run cap:ios.
4. Customize:
   • App name and ID — capacitor.config.ts
   • App icon and splash screen — icons/ (one source image)
   • Colors and theme — src/index.css
   • Levels — public/levels.json
   • Coins, hints and rewards — src/constants/economy.ts
   • Contact email and links — see documentation
5. (Optional) Add your own ad network (e.g. Google AdMob) in the single ad file when you are ready to earn.
6. Build the signed Android release (AAB) with your own keystore, and archive the iOS app in Xcode.
7. Submit to the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
