B2B QuoteFlow Lite for WooCommerce is a lightweight request-a-quote workflow for WooCommerce stores that need B2B inquiries without a heavy RFQ, CPQ, CRM, or PDF quotation system.

This plugin lets shoppers add products to a quote list, submit a quote request, and lets store admins reply with custom prices. Approved quotes can then be converted into WooCommerce orders with a payment link.

Key workflow:

1. Shopper adds supported products to a quote list.
2. Shopper submits a quote request with contact and company details.
3. Store admin reviews the request in WordPress.
4. Store admin enters custom quoted prices and sends a quote reply.
5. Customer accepts or declines the quote using secure token links.
6. Accepted quotes can be converted into WooCommerce pending payment orders.
7. Customer can pay through the standard WooCommerce order payment flow.

This is a lightweight quote request workflow, not a full CPQ, CRM, PDF quotation, or tax automation system.

Important note about taxes and shipping:

Taxes and shipping are not automatically calculated in v1. Store admins can adjust the generated WooCommerce order before payment if needed.

HPOS compatibility:

B2B QuoteFlow Lite uses WooCommerce CRUD APIs for order creation and order meta handling. It does not write directly to WooCommerce order postmeta for generated orders.

Privacy:

This plugin stores quote request customer data locally in WordPress and sends quote emails using the site mail system. It does not send data to SG Group or external services.

1. Download and extract the Codester main ZIP file.
2. Inside the package, locate the plugin ZIP:
   plugin/b2b-quoteflow-lite-for-woocommerce.zip

3. In WordPress admin, go to:
   Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin

4. Upload:
   b2b-quoteflow-lite-for-woocommerce.zip

5. Activate the plugin.

6. Make sure WooCommerce is installed and active.

7. Go to the QuoteFlow Lite settings screen.

8. Configure:
   - Quote request page
   - Product/category enablement
   - Role visibility
   - Price hiding
   - Add to Cart hiding
   - Email options

9. Add the shortcode to your quote request page if needed:
   [sgqfl_quote_cart]

10. Test the workflow:
   - Add a product to the quote list
   - Submit a quote request
   - Review the request in the admin area
   - Enter custom quoted prices
   - Send the quote reply
   - Accept the quote as a customer
   - Convert or open the generated WooCommerce order
