Overview
Supplier Order Notifications Lite for WooCommerce
Stop forwarding WooCommerce orders manually.
Supplier Order Notifications Lite for WooCommerce sends product-specific order emails to the right suppliers, staff, warehouses, or fulfillment partners — with only the order lines they need to see.
It is built for WooCommerce store owners who manually forward order details to vendors, internal staff, warehouse teams, dropshippers, or fulfillment partners. Instead of sending the full order to everyone, this plugin helps you route only the relevant product lines to each recipient.
What it does
Supplier Order Notifications Lite for WooCommerce helps you:
- Send WooCommerce order notification emails to suppliers, staff, warehouses, and fulfillment partners.
- Match order items by product, product category, or shipping class.
- Send each recipient only the order lines that match their rules.
- Hide prices for selected recipients when needed.
- Hide customer email, phone, billing address, or shipping address per recipient.
- Control sending by payment method, shipping method, and order status.
- Log successful and failed notification attempts.
- Manually resend supplier notifications from the WooCommerce order screen.
- Preview notification emails before sending.
- Use WooCommerce CRUD APIs and support HPOS.
Why it is useful
Many WooCommerce stores work with different suppliers, warehouses, staff members, or fulfillment partners. Manually copying order details, hiding sensitive information, and forwarding only the right items can take time and create mistakes.
This plugin keeps the workflow simple: create recipients, create matching rules, and let WooCommerce order events trigger the right notification emails.
It is especially useful when one WooCommerce order contains products handled by different suppliers or fulfillment teams. Each recipient receives only the product lines that are relevant to them.
Key use cases
- Notify Supplier A only when Supplier A products are sold.
- Send warehouse teams only items from a specific shipping class.
- Notify internal staff for selected product categories.
- Hide prices from fulfillment partners.
- Hide customer contact details from third-party recipients.
- Send manufacturer-direct items to the right partner.
- Route refrigerated, fragile, oversized, or special-handling items to the correct warehouse.
- Resend a supplier email manually from the order detail screen.
Features
- Recipient management for suppliers, staff, warehouses, and fulfillment partners.
- Product-based notification rules.
- Category-based notification rules.
- Shipping-class-based notification rules.
- Payment method conditions.
- Shipping method conditions.

- Recipient-specific customer data visibility.
- Product-line filtering so each recipient sees only relevant items.
- Manual resend box on the WooCommerce order screen.
- Notification logs with status, recipient, order ID, event key, and send time.
- Email preview screen.
- WordPress admin UI under WooCommerce > Supplier Notifications.
- HPOS-compatible WooCommerce order handling.
- Uses your existing WordPress mail setup through wp_mail.
Recipient management
Create recipients for different operational roles, including:
- Suppliers
- Staff
- Warehouses
- Fulfillment partners
Each recipient can have its own email address, recipient type, internal notes, and visibility settings.
Rule-based notifications
Create notification rules based on:
- Products
- Product categories
- Shipping classes
- Payment methods
- Shipping methods
- Order status triggers
This allows you to control who should receive order details and when the notification should be sent.
Only matching order items are included
When a WooCommerce order contains items for multiple suppliers or warehouses, this plugin splits the order lines by rule.
For example:
- Supplier A receives only Supplier A products.
- Warehouse B receives only items assigned to Warehouse B rules.
- Staff members can receive only the product categories they manage.
This helps reduce unnecessary forwarding, manual editing, and accidental sharing of irrelevant order details.
Visibility control
You can control what each recipient is allowed to see.
Per recipient, you can choose whether to show or hide:
- Product prices
- Customer email
- Customer phone
- Billing address
- Shipping address
This is useful when suppliers or fulfillment partners need product and shipping details, but should not receive full customer or pricing information.
Manual resend
The plugin adds a Supplier Notifications box to the WooCommerce order screen.
From the order detail screen, administrators can manually resend notifications to selected recipients. Manual resend actions are logged separately, so you can track what was sent and when.
Notification logs
The plugin records notification activity, including:
- Order ID
- Recipient
- Recipient email
- Rule/event information
- Success or failure status
- Send time
- Manual or automatic send mode
The email body itself is not stored in the log, helping avoid unnecessary storage of sensitive customer data.
Email preview
The Preview screen lets administrators check the generated notification output before sending.
The preview reflects the recipient visibility settings, including price visibility and customer data visibility.
HPOS support
Supplier Order Notifications Lite for WooCommerce uses WooCommerce CRUD APIs for order handling and is designed to work with HPOS.
HPOS was tested ON and OFF.
