Apex Roofing is a conversion-focused WordPress theme built specifically for roofing companies, general contractors and construction businesses. It pairs a lead-capturing homepage with clean, easy-to-edit sections, so a local contractor can launch a professional website fast — no page builder required.

The homepage opens with a quote-request hero above the fold, backed by trust signals (licensed & insured, warranty, financing), a stats bar, a services grid with transparent pricing, a drag-to-compare before/after project gallery, testimonials, a team section and an FAQ with schema markup.

Repeatable content — services, projects, testimonials, team and FAQ — is organised into custom post types provided by the bundled Apex Roofing Core plugin, so your content is portable and never locked inside a page builder. Single meta fields use the free Secure Custom Fields plugin. The theme is fully responsive, translation-ready (.pot included) and ships with a complete RTL stylesheet and a child theme.

1. In WordPress admin go to Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme, upload theme/apex-roofing.zip and activate.
2. Install and activate the bundled plugin plugins/apex-roofing-core.zip (adds Services, Projects, Testimonials, Team, FAQ).
3. When prompted, install the recommended free plugins: Secure Custom Fields, Contact Form 7, One Click Demo Import.
4. Go to Appearance > Import Demo Data and run the import to load the full demo.
5. Edit content through the new post types and the front page fields; adjust logo, colors and contacts in Appearance > Customize.
