Requirements
- PHP 8.2 or later recommended
- MySQL or MariaDB database
- Apache server or compatible PHP hosting
- PDO PHP extension enabled
- cURL PHP extension enabled for online payment/API features
- ZIP PHP extension enabled for backup/export features
- Writable folders for uploads, backups, storage and configuration
- SMTP account required for real email sending
- Payment gateway test/live keys required for real online checkout
Instructions
- Upload the SupportMora files to your hosting account or local server.
- Create a new MySQL/MariaDB database.
- Open the installer in your browser.
- Enter your database host, port, database name, username and password.
- Confirm or edit the detected base URL.
- Create the administrator account.
- Complete installation and remove/secure the installer if instructed.
- Login to the admin panel.
- Open System Health to confirm server requirements and folder permissions.
- Configure company settings, currency, SMTP email, payment gateways and support plans.
- Create departments, agents, knowledge base articles and FAQs.
- Start receiving support tickets from customers.
