1. Upload the SupportMora files to your hosting account or local server.
2. Create a new MySQL/MariaDB database.
3. Open the installer in your browser.
4. Enter your database host, port, database name, username and password.
5. Confirm or edit the detected base URL.
6. Create the administrator account.
7. Complete installation and remove/secure the installer if instructed.
8. Login to the admin panel.
9. Open System Health to confirm server requirements and folder permissions.
10. Configure company settings, currency, SMTP email, payment gateways and support plans.
11. Create departments, agents, knowledge base articles and FAQs.
12. Start receiving support tickets from customers.
