Upload and extract the Clinical Management System files to your web server root directory (or a subfolder).
Install the required dependencies:

• Run composer install to install Laravel backend packages.
• Create the environment file using .env.example and configure your application settings.
• Run php artisan key:generate to generate the application key.
• Configure your database connection details in the .env file.
• Run database migrations using php artisan migrate.
• Install frontend dependencies with npm install.
• Build frontend assets using npm run build.

For automatic setup, run:
composer run setup
This will install dependencies, create the environment file, generate the application key, migrate the database, install frontend packages, and build the application assets.
Start the application using:
composer run dev
or manually run Laravel, queue worker, and frontend services separately.
Log in using the default Super Admin account:

Open Settings after login to configure your clinic profile, logo, currency, billing settings, GST details, and system preferences.
Create staff accounts and assign roles for Doctors, Receptionists, Pharmacists, Laboratory Technicians, Cashiers, Managers, and other users.
