### Does SalonFlow require Firebase?

No. Demo mode works immediately without an API key or paid backend. Firebase is
optional and can be enabled when real authentication and persistent bookings
are needed.

### Which currencies are included?

EUR and USD. The app can choose a default market automatically, customers can
switch manually, and each currency has its own configurable prices.

### Which languages are included?

English and French are included in the application interface.

### Can I change the brand, colors, and business information?

Yes. Core white-label values are centralized so the product name, colors,
location, and market defaults are easy to update.

### Is the owner dashboard included?

Yes. The responsive dashboard includes overview metrics, booking-status
management, service visibility, specialist availability, and EUR/USD estimated
revenue.

### How is Firebase admin access protected?

The package uses a trusted Firebase custom claim for owner access and includes
server-enforced Firestore rules plus an Admin SDK setup utility.

### Are Android and iOS supported?

The Flutter source is designed for Android and iOS. Platform folders are
generated with `flutter create .`; iOS builds require macOS and Xcode.

### Are paid assets included or required?

No paid images, fonts, or premium third-party assets are required.

### Is store publishing included?

No. Buyers receive the source code and documentation. Final signing, developer
accounts, policy compliance, and store submission remain the buyer's
responsibility.

1. Extract the downloaded ZIP file.
2. Open a terminal in the SalonFlow project folder.
3. Run: flutter create --platforms=android,ios --org com.salonflow .

6. Rebrand the app in lib/core/branding/app_brand.dart.
7. Edit translations in lib/core/localization/app_strings.dart.
8. Edit services, EUR/USD prices, specialists, and times in lib/data/demo/demo_data.dart.
9. For Firebase, run flutterfire configure.
10. Enable Email/Password Authentication and create Cloud Firestore.
11. Deploy the rules with: firebase deploy --only firestore:rules
12. Change AppBrand.backendMode to AppBackendMode.firebase.
