  No, it can fetch movie information from IMDB and after that the admin or the users can upload subtitles for that movie.

  Yes, I did tell you but later I deleted that comment because after updating the script with translation module, It will have to go through approval again and also translation module is not the part of this script so after you purchase this script, I will customize your script to suit your needs.
