  You cannot place more than 7 ads. The positions of all ads are already fixed, you cannot change them.

  Grab some basic traffic and apply for that, Approval is not guranteed as Its depends on different circumstances and decided by Google Team.
  You get sitmap already in zontal script. Add your ads.txt file to the root directory of the script
