  We are aware that we are late, we are constantly working on updates. To be clear, our update notes for Atrium are very limited. As we discussed earlier, we have plans to change the Atrium's infrastructure (To Laravel 12). We are very sorry for the delay, we are trying our best.
  We'll start sharing updates in a few weeks. But we can't give an exact date for Atrium, sorry.

  very nice script, bravo.
  I would like to ask if is possible the admin to add new fields on /edit-profile Contact page like as an example vat number etc... It would be also nice if a pdf invoice could be generated for the clients.
  Also I have not noticed anywhere the cookie consent banner.
  Whats the difference between regular and extended license?

  Hello, I really like your script because it loads the web page quickly, it is really easy to configure the site.
  However, I have the following questions:
  1.- How can I edit the listing/property type?
  2.- How do I ensure that property searches are by city and not by zip code?
  
  Suggestions:
  1.- Enable choosing the font type, size and color for the site.
  2.- Be able to Choose photos from Media when editing a photo in the system settings.

  1.- We have other customers who want this feature. We may add this feature in the next update, although it is not certain. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with an instant solution. But as I said, we can add it with an update.
  2.- You are right about this, we will solve it with the next update.
  
  Also, thanks for your suggestions.
  1.- Atrium is made with SASS and fonts are embedded inside the css file (with @font-face). We can't promise anything, but we'll look into it. We can add font selection from Google Fonts to the admin dashboard, that would be nice. You can edit the font color and size with custom css. (Settings > Website > Additional CSS)
  2.- It's a very nice feature, but it's difficult at the moment. Maybe in the future.
  
  We've added "editable listing&property types, changeable font type and more useful media manager" to our roadmap.
