  I ordered this script after viewing the demo link provided. The demo looked excellent. However, after making the payment and receiving the script, I found that it was completely different from what was shown in the demo.
  When I contacted their support on WhatsApp, they asked me to pay extra for the same script shown in the demo. I paid them an additional 15,000 PKR, and they provided another script. However, after uploading it to my server, it had multiple errors.
  I requested a refund, but they refused. I told them that I would file a dispute through my bank, but they responded, “Do whatever you can, we will not refund the money.”
  I also submitted a refund request on Codester, but their team asked me to submit a support request in the product’s support section instead.

  If a seller rejects your refund request, you can dispute the decision by clicking on dispute on the refund requests page on the right side. We can will then have a good look at it. Please make sure to describe in detail what the issues are.

  Hello,
  I purchased the script and upload it as described in Documentation. However, I got this in main page
  
  "Forbidden
  You don't have permission to access this resource.
  
  Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
  
  Folders permissions are "0755". Files permissions are "0644"
  What is the issue?

  I do not use Whatsapp. That is why they have support here. The script I received looks nothing like the LIVE DEMO at https://www.codester.com/items/preview/47158/pdf-bull-all-in-one-pdf-tools-php-script. Lets stop playing games. We have three options, 1) send the correct script as shown in the LIVE DEMO, 2) Refund my payment 3) I dispute the charge.
