  1. Login to cPanel by accessing www.yourdomain.com/cpanel and navigate to File manager.
  2. Navigate to public_html folder.
  => it's Ok!
  
  3. Inside the public folder extract EmbedAI zip contents.
  => Where is public folder?
  
  Notes:
  When I unzip your script, I see 2 folders and 1 file:
  codester-47666-embedai-integrate-ai-chat-on-any-websiteembedaiapp
  codester-47666-embedai-integrate-ai-chat-on-any-websiteembedaipublic
  codester-47666-embedai-integrate-ai-chat-on-any-websiteembedai/.htacess

  I have noticed that you are logged in as admin, but the custom error was for the user. So if you login as user (owner of embedded script) you will see it. What I will do is to also display the errors to admin also as they are also supposed to see them

  Error 403 is displayed when openai throws an error. We don't display the error on the chat widget since there is nothing the one chatting can do. For the admin, go to custom errors next to notifications, it is shown there. Read more http://mybizcms.com/documentations/embedai/#item-6-4
