  Hello, so if i buy the source code do i need to change anything in the app like assets or so on to publish it?

  Generally, both the Play Store and the App Store allow games with the same graphics up to a few copies.
  However, I cannot give you a definitive answer on this. Considering the possibility of graphic changes, it would be more beneficial for you to purchase the project.

  could you improve the game functions? usually when you double click a card (eg ace) it goes automatically to the home-deck. also it would be good to have a „back“-button to undo previous action and a hint button to see what the next move it.
  
  is monitatization enabled (admob, unity ads, ect)?

  Admob and In-App Purchase integrated to project.
  You can use the lamp icon located at the top-left corner of the game screen for hints.
  I will add an update for the undo feature at a suitable time.
