  Categories is default as from youtube. Hense it's fixed, can't change it.

  Automated means? Automated videos from all languages? Or only English? Can we upload selected videos? How to overcome API limits?

  Videos can be uploaded in all languages. You can upload videos by finding video name or video I'd manually. Api limits is common as you receive but if limits reached after that no any issue site will works lifetime.
