  If you purchase the system, I can implement full RTL support immediately without any issues. However, if you prefer to wait for it as a standard product feature at no additional cost, it is currently planned on the roadmap and should be available within approximately 30 days.
  
  ### 2. Is the chat interface fully compatible with Arabic text and RTL conversations?
  
  No. Arabic text isn't already supported. Full RTL conversation and interface adjustments can be implemented immediately for customers if required. Otherwise, this enhancement is expected to be released as part of the roadmap within approximately 30 days.
  
  ### 3. Does the system include a visual drag-and-drop flow builder similar to ManyChat?
  
  Yes. The platform includes a visual drag-and-drop flow builder. Were you able to access it through the demo? You only need to create a company account and navigate to the "Flows" section.
  
  ### 4. Can the system handle high-volume campaigns (100k+ messages)?
  
  Yes. Assuming your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) supports that sending volume, the system itself will not be the limiting factor. Performance depends primarily on the server infrastructure, and message throughput can be adjusted according to your server specifications.
  
  ### 5. Is Redis required for queue processing?
  
  Redis is highly recommended and considered essential for real-time chat functionality and several background processing operations.
  
  ### 6. Does the system include REST API documentation?
  
  Not yet. Comprehensive API documentation is currently on the roadmap.
  
  ### 7. Can we connect OpenAI or other external AI services easily?
  
  Could you clarify where you would like to use these services? The system already includes integrations with OpenAI and Anthropic for AI-powered flow creation and automation. Additional AI providers can also be integrated if needed.
  
  ### 8. Is the source code modular and upgrade-safe?
  
  Yes. The codebase is well-structured, modular, and easy to understand, customize, and extend. Custom development can be performed without difficulty.
  
  ### 9. Are updates provided for life or only for a limited period?
  
  All roadmap updates are provided free of charge. However, if you modify the core source code, I cannot guarantee that future updates will be fully compatible with those custom changes.
  
  ### 10. Does the system support Docker deployment?
  
  Yes. Docker is supported for both production deployments and local development environments.

  * Is there queue management for large campaigns? LARAVEL HORIZON TUNED!
  * Does it support webhooks and external API integrations? IN THE FLOWS YOU CAN CALL API METHOD

  * Is the source code fully open for customization? Sure, but if you alter and break the code, I'll have to charge you to fix it.
