6 days agoprofignorant AuthorYes! In SupportNest, all agents can see all tickets from all departments by default — no assignment needed. When a customer submits a ticket to the Billing department, every agent on your team will see it immediately in their panel. They can also filter tickets by department using the department dropdown. There is no restriction where an agent only sees tickets assigned to them. Hope that answers your question!
