  Hello, quick question. Where can i find the code related to the nav-bar that sets the (.active class) based on your Y-scroll. Thanks.

  its in the navbar-collapse div

  this a bootstrap class.
  
  css will be in the number 3 Nav area css section

  Sorry my mistake should have been more clear. I am looking the the Javascript code controlling the .active class based on the Y-Axis (assuming it's Javascript). I am looking in main.js for it but cannot seem to locate it.

  its a default bootstrap class that acts automatically. dont need js for that. you can change the look of it from css
