Which products can be set as preorder?
You can enable preorder for any WooCommerce product. Simply edit the product, enable the PreOrder option, and configure the preorder dates and payment settings from the product data section.

Can I deduct a fee if a preorder is canceled?
Yes. You can configure a refund deduction percentage.
For example, if set to 10%, the customer will receive 90% of the prepaid amount on cancellation.
