Yes. LiveTranslate can translate all visible texts on the front-office, including dynamic content, AJAX blocks, and theme elements.
Is it SEO-friendly?
LiveTranslate is mainly designed for real-time translation (visitor experience).

It depends on the provider:

What is the DeepL endpoint (Free / Pro)?
DeepL uses 2 different endpoints:
