Q1: Does this system require a MySQL database?
Answer: No! This system is built using an integrated SQLite database. This means you don't need to set up any database servers, users, or permissions. It works instantly as soon as you run the application.
Q2: Can I use this on multiple computers in my clinic?
Answer: Yes! If your computers are connected to the same local Wi-Fi or LAN network, they can all access the system simultaneously. Simply run the system on one "main" computer, and other devices can connect using that computer's local IP address.
Q3: Does the system work without an internet connection?
Answer: 100% Yes. The application is designed to be completely offline. All your patient data and pharmacy records are stored locally on your hard drive, ensuring maximum privacy and zero reliance on the internet.
Q4: How do I change the Clinic Name and Logo?
Answer: You don't need to touch any code! Simply log in as an Admin, go to the Settings tab, and you can instantly update the Clinic Name, Contact Info, Logo, and even the theme colors to match your brand.
Q5: Is it compatible with Shared Hosting (cPanel)?
Answer: Yes. While it's optimized for local use, it works perfectly on cPanel or any VPS. Just upload the files and ensure the /storage folder has write permissions.
