He worked for Banco do Brasil S.A. for 21 years, where he served as a consultant, programmer, and instructor in various computer science fields. He holds a degree in Internet Systems Development from FATERN-Gama Filho and a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UFRN. He has also participated in the Metrópole Digital project at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) as a Java programmer. He develops applications on the Android platform and dynamic websites for the Internet using Python, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java,  Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, among others. In his free time, he writes short stories and novels. He has participated in several literary contests.
