Requirements

•Server: PHP 7.4+ (PHP 8.x recommended )

•Database: MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.3+

•Web Server: Apache with mod_rewrite enabled (or equivalent Nginx rules)

•PHP Extensions: pdo_mysql, json, mbstring, gd, fileinfo

•Security: HTTPS is strongly recommended and required for PWA installation on Chrome/Edge.

Fresh Installation

1.Upload all files to your web root or sub-folder.

2.Set folder permissions (chmod 755) for /config, /uploads (and its subfolders thumbnails, avatars, files, pwa), and /includes/cache.

3.Visit https://your-domain.com/instal... and follow the 6-step wizard to set up your database and admin account.

4.Crucially, delete the /install folder for security reasons after installation.

5.Log in to the admin panel, navigate to System → PWA App, and upload your 512x512 icon, splash screen, and set your app name.

Upgrading from an Earlier Build

Visit https://your-domain.com/install/?upgrade=1. The upgrade wizard will non-destructively update your database schema with new tables and columns for PWA and engagement features.
