Mailzor is a self-hosted subscriber engagement, campaign management, validation, and developer API platform. Built on the architecture of Laravel 12 and Vue 3 with Inertia.js v3, Mailzor enables businesses and developers to manage subscriber databases, build email campaigns, perform list verification, and automate workflows via a secure REST API. It consolidates responsive campaign builders, domain identity DNS checking, opt-in list verification, a developer API key manager, and a unified administration panel into a single self-hosted installation.

Mailzor includes a built-in subscription and billing module, allowing platform operators to run the software as an independent service. Define plan tiers, connect standard payment gateways, and configure user access limits.

Infrastructure Notice:
Mailzor is a campaign management and list validation application. It does not include a built-in outbound SMTP server or bulk sending network node. To deliver campaigns, you must connect external delivery relays (such as Amazon SES, standard SMTP, or other SMTP providers). Native support is included for Amazon SES API integration and standard SMTP relays.

Data Custody & Compliance:
Platform operators maintain custody and control of all contact, transaction, and email validation records stored on their self-hosted database.

Outbound delivery over Amazon SES API with real-time automatic failover to backup SMTP relays. Direct AWS SNS hooks listen and parse bounces/complaints instantly to safeguard sender reputation.
• Developer REST API: Token-based Sanctum API key management for both users and administrators. Synchronize contacts, manage lists, automate campaign scheduling or immediate dispatch, query credit balances, pull opt-in form submissions, and run single or bulk email validation jobs.
• Visual Builders & Design Assets: Drag-and-drop page composition builder with customizable layout grids and design blocks. Pre-seeded with 50+ responsive email templates and 30+ form templates (lead capture, surveys, polls, NPS). Cloudflare Turnstile integration protects all opt-in forms.
• Unified Media CMS & Image Editor: Polymorphic file manager for uploads, searches, and image cropping directly inside the dashboard canvas. Uploaded media is scaled and compressed in the background. Toggle asset access between private and public delivery disks.
• Bulk List Verification & Hygiene: Validates address status by running asynchronous MX checks, syntax validation, throwaway domain scans, and catch-all server tests. Processes verification queues in the background and saves historical results in storage cache.
• Governance & Client Support: Protect accounts with Google Authenticator two-factor login (2FA). GDPR-compliant double opt-in signatures, IP records, and consent logs. Integrated customer help desk ticket system for users to chat with administrators.

1. Extract the contents of the main download .zip package.
2. Follow the detailed setup guides in the included documentation or visit the official Documentation Hub at https://docs.mailzor.app.
3. Configure your environment .env file with database and Redis credentials.
4. Run the database migrations and seeders to populate initial plans, email templates, and form layouts.
5. Setup Redis and Laravel Horizon to supervise the background dispatch and validation queues.
6. Connect Stripe/PayPal developer keys for billing and Amazon SES / SMTP credentials for outbound email campaigns.
