Quick start:
1. Upload the files to your server and point the domain to the /public folder.
2. Create an empty MySQL database.
3. Visit your domain — you'll be guided to the web installer (/install).
4. Follow the 5 steps: requirements check, folder permissions, database
   details, admin account, then choose clean or demo data.
5. The installer sets everything up automatically and locks itself when done.
