  This bug maybe from petition id is incorrect or not available, you can try access to any petition and take petition id on address bar (http://prntscr.com/jgn4si)
  then go to homepage editor and edit support & contributer shortcode http://prntscr.com/jgn2xj
  
  I will note that to add alert it on new version.

  On homepage editor you click on edit row and find Row ID, give it an id (ex: petition)

  One more question, can you tell me how to add prloperly the background video on the single petition homepage. I've chosen video under "Homepage header type", but the video is stuck on the first caption and does not play.

  You should choose light weight video format with 5-8MB, some video you uploaded is too big for loading from your server.
  
  Tips: Using video background on page is bad idea, is will take a alot bandwith and CPU from server both effect to pagespeed on client. You should consider only using light weight image or graphic image for better.

  This is document to get start.

  1. Install WordPress
  2. Go to Dashboard > Appearence > Upload (choose file from /Campoal/theme/campoal.zip)
  3. Install all required plugin (Campoal tapo, Visual Composer,..)
  4. Go to Tool > Wordpress import demo from folder /Campoal/demo/content.xml

  Another question, I'm installing the theme right now.
  But in your document, you mentionned that theme need to work with petition plugin. But when I have imported the theme and installed it, the required plugin was Campoal Tapo and other recommended pluggins. No petition pluggin required. Is it normal ? What should I do ?
  The recommended give-donation plugin and fundraising platform is the same than Petition plugin ?

  I have a problem : on your help document, you speak about shortcode to set up the homepage and you suggest a link (https://www.conikal.com/campoal/documentation/#shortodes). But this link not showing documents abouts your shortcode but return to the first principal document. Could you update the right link on your document ?

  1. Plugin required Campoal Tapo and Visual Composer, documentation is old before is Petition Plugin, we had rename plugin to Campoal Tapo.
  
  2. Give plugin, you can install or not is, plugin to setting donation for petition.
  
  3. You can use shortcode on Visual Composer, don't need document on page, this is document for not use Visual Composer.

  I 'm trying to translate the different pages of the theme without use poedit. But when I want to acces to the page "start a petition" for example, I can not access to the texts on wordpress. I think it is normal but how can I translate the page ? I just want to translete directly on wordpress if it is possible. Thank you for your help.
  
  Also, I have uploaded a picture for my homepage. for the desktop version no problem, but on my mobile, the picture and the toplines are not responsive. How can I do to fix this problem ?

  You can use Loco Translate plugin to translate on wordpress without Poedit.

  Currently, homepage background image only adjust on middle center. I'll note that to add option in future.
  or you can edit it on line 391 theme.css and minify to theme.min.css file in children theme.

  I suggest for you don't use security plugin, it's take a lot of RAM and CPU on server while receiving poor benefits from that. Upgrade lastest version of WordPress is enough.

  Hi Conikal,
  Is it possible for the users who have created a petition to embed their e-action into their own websites/blog with a widget for example? like youtube video (it's one line of html/javascript normally).
  Then users can invite their network to create their own widgets from within their embedded action widget (No account required for the network)
  An embed-Button in the widget allows visitors to instantly create their own widget and feature the action of the users(instead of only promoting it with a link).
  Also users can keep an overview of all widgets created, where they are embedded (URL) and how many signings/actions they generate.
