  After purchasing, I discovered that the purchase code wasn't working. I reached out to you via email, and while you did provide me with a new license code, it's still not working. On top of that, your response times are too slow. I bought this expecting it to work right away, but there have been far too many issues.

  Hi, the home page of this script cannot be customized, which limits users from tailoring it to their own needs. As a result, many people who purchase this script will end up with the same homepage. Additionally, the customer support has been unresponsive, failing to address most of my concerns. I've sent more than six emails with no replies. This is incredibly frustrating and renders the script nearly useless without the ability to make necessary edits.
