  Can admin enable/disable sections? For example if I don't want to show testimonials can admin hide it?

  There is no need to manually enable or disable sections. Sections will automatically appear or disappear based on whether corresponding content is added or removed from the admin panel. This applies to sections such as Testimonials, Apps/Works, My Services, Tech Stack, and Blog. By default, the Header, Hero, Contact, and Footer sections are always visible.
