2 months agoDoes the system handle USB/ bluethooth printers and USB / bluethooth barcode scanners ? -
2 months agoCodexia AuthorHi! Yes, the system fully supports these devices:
Barcode Scanners (USB/Bluetooth): It works as a "Keyboard Emulator," so any scanner connected to your device (PC, Tablet, Phone) will work plug-and-play with the input fields.
Printers (USB/Bluetooth): The system generates printer-friendly views. Any thermal or standard printer recognized by your operating system (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) can be used to print receipts or reports.
In short, if your device supports the hardware, the software will work with it seamlessly!

3 weeks agoCodexia AuthorTo restock items in your management system, the process is handled automatically through your purchase and sales workflows. Here is how the logic works:
1. Adding New Stock (Via Purchases)
Instead of manual entry, your software uses the Purchase module to increase inventory.
Create a Purchase Order: Log the items and quantities you have acquired from your supplier.
Select a Warehouse: Choose the specific warehouse where the physical items will be stored.
Automatic Increase: Once the purchase is confirmed, the system will automatically add those quantities to the stock levels of the selected warehouse.
2. Reducing Stock (Via Sales)
Stock levels are adjusted downwards automatically whenever a Sale is processed.
Create a Sales Record: Enter the products and quantities being sold to a customer.
Select the Warehouse: Specify which warehouse the items are being shipped from.
Automatic Deduction: As soon as the sale is finalized, the software automatically deducts the sold amount from that specific warehouse's inventory. -
