No for self-hosted / single-company use. Stripe is optional for SaaS billing

Are third-party integrations plug-and-play?
They are bring-your-own-keys (BYOK): OpenAI, SMTP, DocuSign, Checkr, WhatsApp,
calendars, job boards, etc. Without keys, the app fails closed or uses documented
stubs/fallbacks — it does not pretend to be connected.
