Remindify CRM – Appointment & Reminder Manager is a professional, self-hosted mini CRM system built for small businesses, freelancers, and service-based professionals who work with appointments.
Instead of relying on complex SaaS tools, Remindify runs entirely on your own server. You get a clean admin panel to manage customers, schedule appointments, and automatically send email reminders – all with real-time dashboard alerts so you never miss an important booking again.
No public booking front-end, no clutter. Just a focused internal tool for you and your team to stay organized.

- Chart of appointments over last 30 days (via Chart.js)
- Notification widget with unread alerts for upcoming and missed appointments
Settings
- General: business name, business email, timezone
- Reminders: enable/disable 1-day and 1-hour reminders
- SMTP: host, port, encryption, username, password
Requirements
- PHP: 8.1 or higher
- Database: MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.2+
- PHP Extensions:
- pdo_mysql
- mbstring
- json
- openssl
Tested on common shared hosting environments.
Instructions
1. Upload Files
Upload all script files to your hosting using FTP or File Manager.
2. Set Permissions
Make the following folders writable:
/config
/storage/logs
/storage/cache
(Use chmod 755 if needed)
3. Run Installer
Open this URL in your browser:
https://yourdomain.com/install...
Follow the 3-step installation wizard:
- System check
- Database + Admin setup
- Finish installation
After installation, you can delete or rename the installer folder for security.
4. Set Cron Job (For Email Reminders)
Add this cron job to your server (every 5 minutes):
*/5 * * * * php /path/to/your/project/cron/send-reminders.php >/dev/null 2>&1
For cPanel: go to Cron Jobs → Add New Cron Job.
5. Login to Admin Panel

https://yourdomain.com/admin/l...
Use the admin email and password you created during installation.
6. Configure Settings
Inside the admin panel → Settings
- Business name
- Timezone
- Reminder preferences
- SMTP settings (required for sending emails)
7. Start Using
You can now:
- Add customers
- Create appointments
- Receive dashboard notifications
- Send automatic email reminders
- View email logs
