  Friend, I use another script that has a meta API with templates and it works perfectly. I bought this script of yours for me to use as another strategy, but I see that this script of yours is full of bugs. Furthermore, your backend is the same script as (WASender - Whatsapp server and bulk sender (SAAS). Here in Brazil there are also several scripts that use meta templates and are super fast. I think you shouldn't look for excuses but rather solve them.

  I'll certainly look into the issue further and see if there's a way to optimize the delivery timing for templates. At the moment, I believe the performance is tied to the Meta API calls. However, I'm open to exploring alternative methods for optimization if they exist. My team and I will conduct research on this.
  
  As for the backend, I'm using the Argon Dashboard Panel, which is open source and available on GitHub. It's possible that other software solutions also use the same backend panel.

  Another aspect that this script must have, improvement in the chat, if the customer sends a file for example (Audio, image, PDF and etc..) how will they respond to us, if this does not appear in the chat. So this script is practically useless for business.

  Hi. Just wanted to confirm a few things
  1. Is this the official cloud whatsapp API wrapper? Because there the templates need to be approved and in the demo I don't see either the template approval process or the categorisation process (Marketing, Authentication, Utility etc.). This is mandatory in the official API
  
  2. I don't see an API documentation to automate the message sending process. Do you have user API documentation to automate the messages
  
  3. Do you provide customisation on paid basis? I tried contacting on the email on your website, but the email bounced back. I am looking to buy the extended license.
