Instructions
Installation Instructions
- Download the Eggy CRM Elite package.
- Extract the ZIP file on your computer.
- Upload the CRM files to your chosen domain, subdomain or folder using FTP, cPanel File Manager, Plesk File Manager or a similar hosting file manager.
- Create a new MySQL database from your hosting control panel.
- Create or assign a MySQL database user with full permissions for that database.
- Open the CRM installer in your browser, if included in your package.
- Enter your database host, database name, database username and database password.
- Complete the installation steps shown by the installer.
- Create your admin login details or use the provided default admin details if supplied in the documentation.
- Login to the CRM admin dashboard.
- Change any default admin password immediately after first login.
- Review the CRM settings area and update your site/company details.
- Configure staff users, pipeline stages, leads, clients, companies and follow-up settings as needed.
- Visit the License & Extensions area if you want to review available upgrade options such as Professional or Enterprise features.
Manual SQL Installation
If your package uses manual SQL installation instead of an installer:
- Create a MySQL database.
- Import the included SQL file using phpMyAdmin or your hosting database tool.
